魔戒封号问题

今天登陆游戏 帐号出现两种情况
一种是输入帐号密码后提示 The username entered does not have an active"LOTRO" subscription.Please try another username
出现这种提示的帐号是从没登陆过的新号。

还有一种是帐号可以登陆进去 但是进不了服务器  当帐号管理页面提示：

出现这种情况的是50级的大号 还有几个测试CDK开的小号   测试CDK开的小号还可以看到剩余天数。

请问下 两种都是封号吗？为什么两种提示不一样， 有哪种情况是可以找回帐号的 。 希望高手解答！

第一次，要不是没充正式K，要不是已经到期，需要充月卡了
第二种，没看到关键的地方，
总之，封号了，你看最下面有个banned until 2035年

第一个是该用户没有进入一个活跃的“LOTRO”，尝试一个新的帐户，估计是封号
第二个是要冲卡了
